Cochrane workshops and events are held regularly across the world.

There are Cochrane Collaboration workshops which you can attend such as 'Developing a Protocol for Review' that are offered at various locations internationally. The workshop takes a full day and after an introduction to Cochrane protocols participants discuss their own reviews in small groups (for example, the types of studies, interventions, participants and outcomes they will consider). You will need to have thought about these issues beforehand and also to have obtained a copy of the Cochrane Handbook of Systematic Reviews of Interventions.

Annual Cochrane Colloquia are held to promote and develop the work of the Collaboration, and to help shape its future direction.
